TATA Roof Deck D100
D100 Roof Profile Introduction
The D100 Roof Profile is ideal for projects requiring superior load-bearing capabilities and extended spans.
Capable of spanning up to 6.0 metres through the effective use of overlapping sheets, making it ideal for large commercial spaces and warehouses where wide, open interiors are essential. This profile is designed to support heavy loads, with typical loadings reaching up to 4.0 kN/m², while maintaining a lightweight structure.
The D100 also provides excellent acoustic insulation, enhanced by perforated edges and profile fillers to reduce noise transmission — particularly beneficial in urban environments.
Detailed technical specifications are available for download, including Colourcoat options for aesthetic enhancement, and our team can provide customised calculations to ensure compliance with your project’s requirements.
Aluminium and other material specifications not listed here are available, subject to a minimum order quantity. Colorcoat HPS200 Ultra® is available single or double-sided on selected products and gauges. Please contact our estimating department for availability.
Load/spans are calculated in accordance with Eurocodes 3 and 9; however, a fixings check is also required. Contact us if you require supply or help with design.
