We can help. We hold a small stock in our stockyards or we can schedule, and get manufactured for you for delivery within 2-3 weeks.
The D60 Roof Profile, designed to meet the demands of modern construction while providing exceptional structural integrity. With a maximum span of 6.0 metres achieved through strategically overlapping sheets, this profile is engineered for lightweight applications without compromising strength.
The D60 is ideal for commercial and industrial buildings where speed of installation and cost efficiency are paramount. It supports typical loadings of up to 3.5 kN/m² and features an aesthetic appeal enhanced by Colourcoat finishes. Its trapezoidal design not only improves water drainage but also incorporates acoustic properties through perforated edges and fillers, reducing noise transmission. For projects requiring specific load calculations, our technical data sheets are available for download, and site-specific assessments can be conducted to ensure optimal performance tailored to your needs.
Aluminium and other material specificiations not shown here are available subject to minimum order quantity. Colorcoat HPS200 Ultra® is available single or double-sided on selected products and gauges. Please contact our estimating department for availability.
Load/spans are calculated to Eurocodes 3 and 9, however a fixings check is also required. Contact us if you require supply or help with design
