D35 Roof Profile Introduction
The D35 Roof Profile is a versatile option for lightweight commercial projects, capable of spanning up to 5.0 metres. It uses overlapping sheets for efficient load distribution while remaining lightweight. It supports typical loadings of up to 2.0 kN/m² and offers an aesthetically pleasing finish that complements various architectural styles and provides a clean, attractive finish suitable for a range of architectural styles.
The D35 offers good acoustic insulation, enhanced by perforated edges and profile fillers, helping to reduce noise and improve interior comfort.
Comprehensive technical specifications, including Colourcoat options for enhanced durability and appearance can be downloaded, and our team is available to assist with site-specific calculations as required.
Maximum cantilevers assume 0.9kN point load on the end, with the adjacent span being the single span as shown in the table. The end of the cantilever must be stiffened with an angle flashing.
Aluminium and other material specifications not listed here are available subject to minimum order quantity. Colorcoat HPS200 Ultra® is available single or double-sided on selected products and gauges. Please contact our estimating department for availability.
Load/spans are calculated according to Eurocodes 3 and 9; however, a fixings check is also required. Contact us if you require supply or help with design
