Our Supply & Design service takes your project from concept to delivery. Whether you're laying roof deck or floor deck, our detailing team works alongside your drawing office, structural engineer and architect to produce clear layout drawings - so every pack and profile has a defined place on site before materials arrive, minimising last-minute issues.
On request we'll work to your title blocks to keep corporate consistency, help select the right profile for the application, and confirm the important details (slab edge, void locations, deck placement) with confidence.
Once drawings are approved, our production team supplies the exact profile your project needs, briefed to your delivery requirements and - for floor projects - as quickly as 24 hours to 5 working days. It's the same for roof and floor decking, and you stay in control of how much you hand over: take the whole job or just the parts you want.
Our installers are experienced and fully qualified (NVQ Level 2 in metal decking and stud welding, with FASET-approved safety riggers), and multi-skilled: erecting safety nets as well as laying deck. Materials meet or exceed specification and are endorsed by respected bodies (BCSA, SCI); where needed we supply specified or approved-alternative profiles, with calculations issued alongside your engineers.

What types of decking do you offer?
We supply two main types of steel decking: roof deck and composite floor deck. Roof deck works on its own to transfer horizontal and vertical loads into the building frame. Composite floor deck does more - it acts as a safe working platform during construction, stabilises the steel frame, serves as permanent formwork for the concrete slab, and then reinforces that slab to carry the design loads throughout the life of the building. We stock the full range of leading profiles — TATA, MetFloor, ComFlor and Firths — from shallow re-entrant decks to deep long-span profiles, so we can match whatever span, load or slab depth your project calls for.
What are the benefits of using steel decking?
Steel decking has been performing reliably for nearly 100 years, which speaks to its durability in commercial construction. It offers a lower total cost of ownership once you account for material cost, fast erection and installation, life-cycle costs and overall performance. It's lightweight yet strong, so it reduces the load on the frame and foundations, and its long-span capability cuts out secondary steelwork. It can be installed in most weather conditions, avoiding the delays common with other systems, and steel is 100% recyclable at end of life - supporting more sustainable builds.
How quickly can you deliver the materials?
Once your cut list reaches our production team, materials are typically on site within one to three weeks - and often much sooner, sometimes within 24 hours to five working days from stock. We coordinate logistics around your programme and deliver UK-wide, tailoring vehicle types where sites have access restrictions.
Do you offer design services?
Yes. We provide full design support, including layout drawings that show exactly where each pack and profile is placed, plus the supporting calculations. Our team will value-engineer the solution and liaise with your structural engineer and architect to specify the most suitable profile - giving your site team clear, buildable drawings before materials arrive.
What is your unique Buy-Back Scheme?

Supply, Design & Fix: the full package: design, supply and installation by our own certified teams, all under one contract. We can also add safety netting, stud welding, crane offload and (on floors) the concrete pour. Best when you want one accountable team from drawing to finished deck.
