AVAILABLE IN PLAN OR COLOURCOAT FINISHES
RoofDek D46 is a 46mm deep trapezoidal roof deck with a 900mm cover width and 225mm pitch, available plain or with web perforations for acoustic absorption.
Capacity depends on span, gauge and span condition. In 0.70mm S220 steel it carries 5.46 kN/m² over a 1.00m single span. Full load/span tables covering all six material specifications, single, double and multi span, are on the datasheet.
The perforated variant uses pattern 4546 — 4.5mm holes at 6.3mm triangular centres, 46% pattern open area, giving 10.7% open area at the exposed soffit. Perforation is to the web only.
Available in Colorcoat HPS200 Ultra® pre-finished steel, galvanised steel and aluminium, 0.70mm to 1.20mm. Contact us for site-specific load calculations.
