CF 46 - Ribdeck Type profile
The ComFlor 46 Metal Deck Profile is a reliable and efficient solution, engineered to meet the demands of both large-scale commercial projects.
The 900mm cover width is 50% wider than the 600mm profiles elsewhere in the range. Every row of deck covers more floor area per sheet, which reduces joint lines, speeds installation, and lowers the labour required to achieve a given area of completed deck. The nestable profile means sheets stack tightly inside one another, packing more square metres into every delivery. On a constrained urban site where crane time is limited and logistics are tight, or on an export project where freight cost is a significant line item, those characteristics have direct commercial value.
Its compact, lightweight design makes it ideal for challenging access sites and ensures quick, hassle-free installation.

Efficient Spanning Ability
With unpropped spans of up to 3.0 metres, the CF46 is perfect for projects requiring lighter structures and reduced support beams. It enables flexibility for both commercial and residential construction.
Optimised Slab Depth:
Achieves slab depths ranging from 100–130mm, ensuring excellent strength while minimising concrete use. It’s often used as an alternative to Lewis Deck due to its availability, with typical delivery times within two weeks and fewer components to manage on site – making it a highly convenient option.
Fire Resistance
The CF46 offers fire resistance of up to 90 - 120 minutes when paired with appropriate reinforcement and slab depths, providing peace of mind for both residential and commercial applications.
