D32s Roof Profile Introduction
Discover the D32s Roof Profile, ideal for applications requiring lightweight solutions without sacrificing structural integrity. This profile can achieve spans of up to
4.5 metres, facilitated by overlapping sheets that enhance strength and stability.
Designed to accommodate moderate loadings (up to 1.5 kN/m²), the D32s offers a clean, contemporary finish. Its acoustic properties are enhanced by perforated edges and profile fillers, minimising noise pollution for a comfortable environment.
Additionally, Colourcoat finishes provide aesthetic versatility, allowing for a visually appealing design. For specific load requirements, detailed technical data sheets are available for download, and our team can perform bespoke calculations tailored to your project’s needs.
Maximum cantilevers assume 0.9kN point load on the end, with the adjacent span being the single span as shown in the table. The end of the cantilever must be stiffened with an angle flashing.
Aluminium and other material specificiations not shown here are available subject to minimum order quantity. Colorcoat HPS200 Ultra® is available single or double-sided on selected products and gauges. Please contact our estimating department for availability.
Load/spans are calculated to Eurocodes 3 and 9, however a fixings check is also required.
