TATA Roof Deck D32s provides a 1000mm cover width
D32S – The Compact and Cost-Effective Option
Ideal for lightweight commercial roofs or projects where budget efficiency is key.
Span range: ~1.2m to 2m
Finish Options: Galvanised, interior liner white, and Colorcoat HPS200 Ultra®
Acoustic Option: Not suitable for perforated acoustic applications.
Curving: Self-curving capability up to large radii (40m+)
Diaphragm Action: Provides structural support in multi-span builds when fixed using the correct pattern.
Maximum cantilevers assume 0.9kN point load on the end, with the adjacent span being the single span as shown in the table. The end of the cantilever must be stiffened with an angle flashing.
Aluminium and other material specificiations not shown here are available subject to minimum order quantity. Colourcoat HPS200 Ultra® is available single or double-sided on selected products and gauges. Please contact our estimating department for availability.
Load/spans are calculated to Eurocodes 3 and 9, however a fixings check is also required.
