TRAPEZOIDAL COMPOSITE FLOOR DECKING PROFILE

RMD Profiles’ MF80 is a deeper trapezoidal steel decking that offers superior span capabilities for all commercial multi-rise buildings while reducing concrete usage.

The result is a cost-effective, lightweight, and easy-to-install commercial flooring solution

Like the MetFloor 60, it differs from the dovetail re-entrant MetFloor 55 system.

MetFloor 80 provides key advantages over both.

Watch this short video for a quick explanation!

  • Reduced concrete usage: Requiring less concrete for any slab depth, MetFloor® 80 provides a more sustainable and cost-effective commercial flooring solution.

  • Enhanced shear stud interaction: Its profiled design ensures central shear-stud positioning, optimising composite action and reducing the need for on-site verification.

  • Long-span capability: MetFloor® 80 delivers exceptional unpropped spanning capacity, reducing structural steel requirements and lowering costs.

  • Exceptional span capability, exceeding that of MetFloor 60.

  • Greater environmental sustainability, the MF80 is recycle - friendly.

  • Easy to handle for safer onsite logistics.

  • Excellent acoustic and fire performance enhances occupant comfort and safety.

  • High acoustic and sound insulation, even with reduced concrete volume.

DESIGNED FOR

CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS

Features

Design & Installation Efficiency
